The security queues were really slow, which was a bit frustrating. The stewards did help a little and tried to keep things moving, but it still took longer than I expected.

I don’t usually like to complain, and maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the toilets were filthy. I also might’ve been extra impatient because I was tired, but the queues for drinks felt like they took forever. It kind of took the shine off the visit for me.

Went there for a match. Good atmosphere. Drink choices were decent enough. Food was okay, but felt a bit pricey for what you get. Queues moved slow too. Bit frustrating at times.

I used Wru before a match to check the details, but I wasn’t totally sure the event info was up to date. Some of the timings and entry details seemed a bit off, or at least unclear enough that I started second-guessing it. The site itself looks fine, but for match day stuff I expected the info to be more reliable. I ended up checking other places just to be safe, which was a bit annoying when I was trying to plan. Not awful, just not as helpful as I hoped.

Every time I go on Wru to look for match tickets, it’s either completely sold out or I can’t find anything useful. It’s really frustrating when I’m trying to sort plans with friends and the site doesn’t make anything clear. You just end up clicking around with no answers, like nobody’s bothered about making it easier for fans. Feels like a waste of time

I had to return some tickets after my plans changed, and the process wasn’t as clear as I expected. They make it sound like exchanges and refunds are straightforward, but in reality the exchange option was confusing and I didn’t hear back right away. The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but it definitely took longer than I hoped. I’d probably use them again, but they really need to make the process match what they promise.

I only wanted to check my tickets, nothing complicated, but after messing with it for a while I just gave up. Frustrating when it’s such a basic thing.

The accessibility info is there, but I think it needs to be easier to spot and written in a simpler way

Totally fine, I guess, except the tickets showed up so late that we ended up missing half the match. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for, but sure, apparently that’s just how it went.

All I was trying to do was place a simple order, but the site kept crashing at checkout. The frustrating part is my card still got charged even though I never got a clear confirmation. Getting help wasn’t straightforward either, so what should’ve taken a few minutes ended up wasting my whole afternoon.

The crowd is generally good, which is nice. It’s just not always the liveliest place, so don’t necessarily expect nonstop excitement or anything wild like that

I’ve bought tickets through other rugby and event sites before, so I’m used to the process, but this felt way more awkward than it needed to be. I ordered from the Wru shop and, to be fair, everything did arrive in good condition. It just took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking wasn’t especially clear, so I was a bit on edge until it turned up. The item itself was nice enough, so I can’t really complain too much, but I’d probably order well in advance next time just to be on the safe side.

Getting in took nearly an hour??? The queues were all over the place, and every staff member seemed to be telling people something different!! Ended up missing the start, which was seriously annoying...

The seat was terrible. I was excited for the game and even grabbed a hot dog before sitting down, but once I got there I realized my view was blocked for most of it. I kept having to lean around just to see what was happening, which got old really fast. Not the experience I was hoping for at all.

The wru site is fine for checking fixtures and catching up on news, and to be fair, it usually loads without making a big drama of it. The important stuff is mostly there, which is nice, assuming you’re in the mood to dig around a bit to find it. On mobile, the menu feels a bit all over the place, and I somehow end up tapping through more pages than should really be necessary. It’s not a bad website by any means, it just feels like it could do with being a bit simpler and clearer. You know, nothing too wild.

Washed it once. It fell apart. Not happy.
